If it is at all possible, test it. Is there some way you can evaluate it for it's performance on your farm? Perhaps treating one batch of manure and not treating another batch and then comparing the results. I think you get what I mean. I would want to have some way to test the product. Do your best to be fair to the product but also equally fair to the non-treated manure. If you think you can test the product, run your idea past the salesmen. It's good to get their input too, to make sure they don't come back later and have some excuse for why their product didn't work under your experiment. And the more replications of your trial, the better.
