I would agree that you might want to speed the cylinder up and tighten the concaves down a little bit. In good beans I was running the cylinder 410 to 450 and the concaves at 3 1/2 to 4. Tweaked in these ranges depending on what the sample in the tank looked like. This was a 9500 w/ an 8r30 row crop head running 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 mph depending on the time of day.
