I have a 1995 9600 and can easily run 5+ in 230-240 bu. corn with 843 cornhead. I typically run close to the 5 mph mark and would run faster but sprinkler tracks make for some rough going. Your 9650 is hardly breaking a sweat at that speed in 200 bu. corn.
