Hay Wilson in TX

Subject: We may differ on the definition of successful.

Little River, TX
Up till a few years ago our roadside on interstate highways usually had a nice stand of alfalfa. Thanks to the feeder cattle riding from one feeding facility to another. At that time alfalfa that had gone to seed was a favorite for the feeders. The grinding hay of the time.

I have heard of cattle men sling out 5 lbs of alfalfa seed and then grazing the hound out of the grass. Usually got a nice scattering of alfalfa plants.

Otherwise I agree with all the above.
