I think you mean Austrian winter peas.
If so, the variety recommended to us was Melrose. They need to be inoculated. I have very limited experience with them, but we liked to have them planted by mid August here. Our seed came from Montana or Wyoming (don't remember for sure). I'm thinking its going to be too late for you, but hopefully someone else with more info on them can verify that.
