I would say that if the downed corn is giving you a lot of stress the best thing is to do something about it...even just for a day or two.
Perhaps you could pick out your worst acres and go and get them...Maybe it's not as bad as you thought. Then head right back to the beans knowing that you at least tried. If it turns wet and your beans are still in the field you'll be sorry.
