East Prairie, MO | Well, you could do like one of our local seed/fertilizer/chemical dealers that is also a farmer does, just go out and offer higher cash rents than anyone else is paying! Well, I guess it helps him that he gets all his inputs at cost though so you may not be able to do that. HAHA! But seriously, I have seen that done but have not tried it myself, Good Luck! P.S. If you have an input dealer in your area that is a farmer also then there are some of YOUR dollars out there competing against you so buy smart. | |
