Change is inevitable, now that might be for the better or for the worse.
Those that take the change head on, and are prepared .... to a point.... will come out ahead. Those that wish to hold back for the "old times" to return... will be left scratching their head.
Pretty broad statement that can be shot full of a lot of holes by many I'm sure.
