Talk to them in the fall and figure out how many they sell in a season. Then talk to them prior to planting and see if you can supply them for the fall. After that it's up to you to insure quality and supply.
We ship in watermelon bins and rent a 5-ton truck for a month every fall. I'm lucky to be near a larger city center that has warehouse distribution for a wider-area and can handle some volume.
