Temporary or permanent ? Don't think you want or need to us HS for a temp fence. Poly wire is the easiest to work with. Will not last forever, and may need spliced a couple times. Does need a little attention now and then to keep it tight.  

 High tensile needs a lot stronger braces, heavier posts etc. Two strands wouldn't take much tho. Just depends what ya want or need.
