just a tish NE of central ND
NEINDIANA, I havent sold any freezer beef in a while here now. People here sure bellyace about the butcherring costs though,and they all want a hind quarter.There are only so many hind quarters on a beef.I will only sell halves to be fair. Had one guy order a half beef once and wanted the whole half made into nothing but steaks.....Said it was the best value to have it made into all steak! (:
