They were shrinking after dividing by 56. I needed to divide[17.2%] wet bu by 57.48 for 15%. That gets it alot closer. I do think they are using wrong shrink factor. I got my moisture chart from Purdue Extension. It was posted on this site some time ago and breaks down to the 1/10 % of each point. They figure 15.5% as dry.
