Subject: Sell it to a local "miller" or health food type store ??

Kittitas Co. Wa. State

240 bu/ is just a dab,, and might find a good outlet-resourse for folks.. Have any "farmer's markets" in your area..??   Get an old apple bin, load it about 1/2-2/3's full and sell it for flower at a local market.  You could easily get 75 cents a pound and people would be thrilled how cheap it is. Alot of people like to mill and make their own bread.

(if you fill the bin completely full,, people will think you haven't been selling any....)

neighbor-friend has a small orchard, not big enough to be a big dog,, but way bigger than a backyard project..  He took a couple bin's of his fresh picked apples to the local farmer's market.  He was making TWICE  what the packing houses were paying,, and the local's were thrilled as he was about 1/2 the cost of store bought apples !!  He sold 3 apple bins full in 1 day !!
