| Guess we run things differently, we run 130+ cows. Which calve in a little over 2 months from March-April. They are preg-checked in November. I figure if you think you need that one more cow, why not sell her and buy a bred heifer or young cow? We couldnt be bothered with fall calving, we got crop to be harvest and we like to get have them cows calved in a short period. Guess its what fits each persons own operation.
