Subject: Molting or Parasites?

Ontario, Canada
I have 15 hens and 6 younger ones that are not yet laying. I have a mix of Leghorns, Plymouth Barred Rocks and Rhode Island Reds but have 2 leghorns that are missing feathers on their wings and have poor body condition. I checked them tonight and found what looks like fleas but they are round and creamy coloured and almost transparent (most likely nymphs)? Assuming fleas here. Checked my rooster and he had the same bugs but no feather loss. My henhouse is kept very clean and dry and I've already treated them twice this year with DriKill powder. Egg production is great... any advice? Are my hens losing feathers from moulting, the fleas or excessive breeding? I have no pecking going on, will try and upload pictures tomorrow. Thanks!
