Near-north Ontario, French River | "Here" drying charges for corn are calculated strictly on moisture content, there is no relation to contract prices or dockage. The wetter the corn, you more you pay, irregardless of price or quality. I believe soybean drying charges are handled much the same as in the US, as Ontario ( at least) adopted the same system that Michigan uses a few years back.
