Yes that's what it is rab, I am pretty sure I use the same elevator as Mr. JDGreenWKY, Mound city CGB? That's another way to put it cause they break it down in 1/2 percents too. What gets me is that if I take in a cash load at today's price of $4.99 at 17% and tomorrow start filling my $3.94 contracts at 17% it doesn't cost them ANY different to dry the cash corn but they get to keep WAY more of it! Found a field that was running 16% at the end of the day today and boy was I glad!
