Subject: Reseeding Pasture

Eastern Ohio
I have a pasture that produced well all summer, but in the last month, the ragweed has taken over.
I have clipped this field 2 times this summer, applied approxitmatly 2t/a of old chicken litter, and just last week 2t/a of lime. Field was mostly orchard grass and a little white clover.
Should I reseed it next spring? and if so what would be your suggestions. I thought about spraying Gramoxon then notilling a mix I've been useing on other farms, 12# orchard grass 4-5# white clover and 100# of oats. Would this smother out the rag weed? Or should I take a chance apply 100#/ac of urea this spring and try to revitalize the orchard? Plowing is not an option, too steep and rocky. Thank you.
