28, 30 or 32%N does not contain sulphur unless requested.
Sulphur is most frequently added to trucks (upon request) at the terminal within the mid-west. They will add (If I remember correctly) 35 gallons of thio per ton of 32%N to make 28-0-0-5S. You can of course purchase thio at the dealer level and make your own ratio of N:S.
