| I think you should consider who you buy your seed from. If you buy your seed from a seed producer, you will get a far better value. The seed business is a very dirty business (pardon the pun). Seed brokers have really clouded the integrity of the certified seed industry. They are into merely turning volume, it does not matter what variety, or where it was sourced. Moving varieties out of there intended production region is also a huge problem. We deal with a reputable grower and conditioner who produces, conditions and sells their OWN seed, and have had very good luck and it is a good investment. People do business with people. The University of Nebraska has an exceptional breeding program and I hope it continues to produce many varieties that put dollars into my pocket. | |
