We always cut the beans with a NH 469 swather. Leave a few days, rake 2 windrows together and bale with a JD 338 small baler. Then we always stacked them in the barn and fed them that winter. Never any problems and cows loved them.
Sometimes we sold them out of the field delivered to the customer.
