Brinkley, Arkansas | I am familiar with SLC and some of the properties they've sold. If you are wanting it for hunting I suggest speaking to some of the neighbors about the hunting potential it has not the realtor or to some extent the previous owner. I know of more than a few farms around here that were sold for "duck farms" where the potential was greatly overstated. Don't just look at the fact it has a leveed off area and maybe a few blinds etc. I farm around more than one duck pit that was put in by the owners to entice hunters and has never had a duck killed or even shot at out of it.
I guess what I'm saying is buyer beware. | |
