Providing this is not an Ivy League hoax like some Dear Abbie or Dear Annie letters here is a thought.

With no experience the best way to start is find a farm girl that is willing to have and want to stay on the farm.  Get married and her family may help you get started.

Leasing land is a rediculous way for you to get started as the machinery cost and maintenance will sink you before you even get started.

Buying land is the best bet as it will always be available to sell later.  Lease it out to someone and offer to help out with your land so you can learn if you really have what it takes to farm.

Remember, it is a full time job on top of your other job.
