Denhoff,ND right in the center of the State | Steve you can use it on any size animal, you dont have to tranquilize and put out to treat them, you just put the antibiotic or meds in dart and shoot them, or if you get a unrulely one you can ace them and put down,
when I treat a animal out in the pasture I usually drive up to them in the pickup or ATV because they are used to them and shoot them right from the vehicle, 20 to 75 ft. away pump up accordinly to distance away. You can use over the counter antibiotics or prescribed stuff from vet. Ron Issak used ours several times and then bought one for him self, once your neighbors find out you have one they will be calling. I really like it for treating hoof rot out in pasture.
