We've been using Pneu-Dart for the last couple of years and have been very pleased with the results. We doctor bad eyes when they're out on grass and use it when they're in the feedlots. I use Draxxin and it does wonders and you only need 1.1 cc per 100 lbs. It's a very accurate shot and you can adjust the power with just a turn of the dial. The price of the gun might seem steep but if you save just one animal with it, it's paid for itself. I think it's better to treat an animal with the gun rather than try to get him out of the lot and so on, just seems to work them up and cause problems.
