I see you are looking to sell your farm. Instead of going back to school, I think you should take those dollars and build yourself a soil testing lab, and show everyone the "right" way to test soils. Once you get it up and running, you really won't need to do any work - just hire people to do it for you. It will make a nice retirement income!
