Subject: cutting milo for silage

NW Indiana
at what stage would you want to chop milo and put it in a bag. we tried to double crop milo behind green chop wheat and it looks bad. so we are thinking of chopping it to get some value out of it. we also have forage sorghrum to mow and put in a bag that we put out behind our full season wheat. will the milo have good feed value??

thanks chadh
