Yes, 26,000 acres of organic vegetables is a BTO for sure.
All it takes is one pile of fresh cow manure on the raw veggies and you can have an E coli problem. The last E coli outbreak from vegetables that I remember was from the cows getting into a cabbage patch in Texas.
