N/E Iowa | We bought A new smidley steer stuffer (3ton) with tin all around it in 2003, and it cost us I believe $1,500.00. We have had a few of them over the years, and they hold up well. They told us when we picked that one up, figure 15 to 20 years, before replacing some boards.
Word to the wise, KEEP THE TIN FLOOR CLEAN (where they eat) or it won't last 3 years, and you will have to replace the tin!!!
If it rains hard, clean it out, or when your done with it for awhile clean out the inside!! | |
