I quit after my first dip of Skoal. Got dizzy and blew chow for 2hrs. F#$% this sh#t. That was 25 years ago in college.
Fast forward to last year. The guy who gave me my first and last dip is still my best friend. He has chewed since he was 14. Last year he came down with kidney cancer. So far so good on the cancer but he quit with no problem after that scare.
So I guess the ansewer to your question is quit now or wait until you get cancer and HAVE to quit or die. Good luck.
