Pofarmer,

 You'll like that wet gluten, very palatable and much easier consistency to work with than WDG, much more pulpier and not as flowable, you can't mess any stock up on it as it has a lower protein, higher fiber and about the energy of corn, some guys are mixing about 10% straw with it and finishing cattle out on it with gains in the mid 2's.  Don't try feeding dry gluten as you'll see the same thing as you saw with WDG, less palatible and lower consumption.
