So I guess it is tough to be a no-tiller/strip tiller and own livestock in MN?? We (PA) are pushing things very hard in the other direction: no-tilling and, obviously, no incorporation. Although there are incentives to utilize low disturbance incorporation equipment like injectors or aerway.
