Subject: corn charecteristics

Carbondale, KS
I was wondering if there is any yield correlation between white/pink cobbed corn and red cobbed varieties. If you have any links about the topic they would be appreciated as well.

These are just my oberservations but it seems the red cob varieties are a little more consistant in yield. Tough cob regardless of the weather and thresh fairly easily when dry. White cobs seems to have a little better top end but struggle in the heat and dry weather. Soft cobs under stress.
