27? I can't even imagine that many! Is this a large herd? I know the last three we had were heifers but can't recall before that but that fact is interesting. Our vet has used ultra-sound 100% of the time now for the last 2-3 years. I don't know if that would matter or not though as there may still be some pressure applied to or near the fetus.
Calves born without anus?
