About every hour, go out, give clean cool water, spray down the pig. I've found when they get cool water and cooled off, they will walk over and eat when they are up. Wet feed helps too (with cold water).

Lot's of very knowledgeable people at www.showpig.com...including at least one guy working for a show feed supplier...

We've got the opposite, one we're holding back with beet pellets...weight 277 as of Saturday, weigh in Thursday with a 285 max and no weigh back...been holding to 1 pound per day or so. Other two are at 227 and 265, so they are good to go. Why the 245 min? Most fairs around here are 225, some at 215...
