Don't waste your time trying to eat him. At that age he is going to be real tough and the flavor isn't going to be good at all. Second thing against him is that he is mean. There is a good chance that you could end up with a dark cutter on your hands. You really want to keep the animal as quite as possible prior to getting them in the trailer to go to the butcher. If he is running around it will pump a lot of lactic acid into the muscles and when you butcher him he will be a dark cutter. Take a pass on him for consumption.
