Yes we use it to plant corn as do some others down here. I wouldn't say it is perfect by any means but it does a good enough job that we are pleased with it. We just started using autosteer this spring and weren't really wanting to spend the extra for SF2. We sidedress our corn but didn't get a chance to use it with that, not sure if it's accurate enough for sidedressing either because it does drift sometimes. So no not 100% reliability

We have not had any issues with capture time although to get up to 80% accuracy may take several minutes. SF1 is supposed to be the next step up from WAAS they used to charge for it I think but they don't any more. Overall I think it is a good system if you don't want to spend the extra several thousand to go to SF2 and don't want to pay a subscription every year. I would be tempted to go to the Mojo Rtk before I would do that.
