| OK, neighbors have been through this this year with the high water earlier. Stakes about 4' tall, string tied to a pie plate that will reflect, move with the wind, and make a banging noise when it hits the stake. Next, go to the dollar store and buy all the irish spring soap they have. Drill a hole and string that to the stake also. The propane cannons work for the first three days then are useless. Barber shop hair helps until it rains.
