I've raised some BMR sorghum sudan, but don't think any straight sudangrasses. The BMR's have always yielded well. Isn't it getting plenty late in the season where you are? You might also consider cowpeas and millet mix. Did that last year and it yielded good after wheat. I wouldn't try to get any of the choices you mentioned cured for hay at the time you are going to be making it. Wrap it and get it over with.
