Lander, WY | Compromise had to be reached by today for a hearing. Judge must not have been terribly happy or had some other issues, scheduled for Thursday to announce his decision. If it goes on much longer, it won't matter what the decision is, other than to set a precident...
BTW, some guys near here may be in trouble if no haying is allowed...they had the contract revision in place, started 2 days before end of nesting season date...of course, they could very well be in trouble either way, don't know any details, but know there is some CRP that was cut. | |
