Subject: Re: cow herd questions

North Mo.
I feel luck has very little to do with cattle. Would I want a complete South poll herd nope, just like a all Angus or all anything if a commercial operator. Remember you can breed those red cows to a blk Angus and guess what its calf is black.
The South poll that I have around 35 cows are from I guess 3 to 4 frame, only had them a year this Aug. they seem to milk well maybe a bit too good and are calm, I feel they are going to stand the heat with less stress than my blk. hided cattle.
I have a South poll bull that was 2 in Feb. he is heavy muscled and lean, sale barn operator didn't like him cause he didn't have much Bone course are salebarns or feeders out for the best interest of a cow calf person?
