| Are acres that were formerly in CRP eligable for FSA payments? I brought 2 farms out of CRP this spring and am wondering if they will qualify for payments this year and if not, will they ever qualify? Or am I outta luck because they were in CRP even though they are currently being farmed according to all the rules and regulations of the conservation dept. and the FSA? I was told both farms were in CRP for the last 20 years if that matters. | |
