Central Missouri | Tim, We have a shivvers and have dried wheat from 22%. Remember that each 20 degree temp rise cuts the humidity in half. Thus if I was you, I would run the shivvers at ambient air temp during the day and raise the temp 20 degrees at night. If you are using dryeration just set the temp at 90-100 degrees and then it will lose another roughly .5% as you cool it. | |
