We are groing them for all for seedstock.
The chard produces a leaf used in salads.
The radish seeds are sprouted and cooked with. (Think oriental.)
I believe the mustard is used for spicey mustard. (I could be wrong.)
And the yu choy produces a leaf used for cooking. (Think oriental again.)
