Brinkley, Arkansas | My goal is to make at least 0.50/bu from my bins. Some of that will come from drying charge savings, getting actual shrinkage instead of an inflated number, basis gain and in the case of my rice actually being able to market/book the crop now instead of being forced into a marketing pool that a few "experts" handle. We'll see how things turn out but everyone keeps telling me that the bin system I'm building will be the best investment I've ever made.
In the last 3 months mine have gone from bare dirt to near completion.
