The advanyage (price wise) to us is lower applicatiom costs. Safety has to figure in somewhere. But the big difference is if you can buy and take delivery early. I posted about that a while ago, but long story short, putting in a NH3 storage facility was extremely cost prohibitive for us. If you have an old unused barn with a decent roof, theres your urea storage. 28% is a little tougher than urea, buts theres lots of alternatives there. An old barn with a poorer roof and some poly tanks will work OK in that situation.
