So what keeps the flighting from wearing out next to the rod? I've had combine flighting on the bubble up auger that was hard surfaced on the outer edge from the factory, when I replaced it the hard surfaced area was still there but it wore through inside and next to the hard surfaced area. So for this project I was hoping to find thicker and/or harder flighting.
Replacing vertical auger flighting ?
