| Thanks for your response, but I would like to know how in the world a quarter million dollar parlor cash flows on 100 cows. Either your lender has raised the bar on amount of debt per cow or everything else is paid for. A new shinny dbl 12 with rapid exit, take offs, milk meters and auto sort gates would be great! Just not going to fit in my budget. I started pricing a low cost freestall barn and after talking to others , I ended up with a cadilac barn. If I had to do it over, I would of went the low cost route. I figure if i can get up off my knees in the short term and get this paid for, I can add the frills later. | |
