Subject: RE: Limping calf and cows

central Kentucky
I believe I have a good mineral, the company that supplies it is Kentucky Nutritional Service. They have done a lot of tests in our area and supposedly have formulated a mineral specifically for cow calf operations in my area. It has been pretty dry around here for the last month, Grandpa thinks their feet have just dried out and are cracking between the toes. I have worked hard to eliminate mud by using a lot of geotextile and rock in the formerly muddy places. Where can you get the organic iodine? I haven't seen it in any of the local feed stores.
Thanks for all the replies.
