Ellsworth IL | Naww Ben, he's talking cheap prime rib, sirloins, everything he sees in restaurants.
He's planning on butchering when it's "big enough" ofcourse he can't yet define exactly what that is but he's tried to sell a quarter already.
As far as the yard clippings go, he's planning on piling, stirring until dry, then putting them in garbage bags the way it sounds.
I'm supposed to go over in the next week or two to help him put up an electric fence because "it's pretty complicated" and he's never been around one.
